Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We're a small brand with limited stock — most of our pieces are made in small quantities and once they're gone, they're gone. Because of that, we're not able to process cash refunds, but we do want to make sure you end up with something you love. Store credit gives you the flexibility to do that, on your own time.
How it works
All returns are issued as store credit. Your store credit never expires and can be used on anything in the shop.
You have 14 days
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to reach out and start a return. Once we approve it and send your label, please ship it back within 7 days.
Condition
Items must come back unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to decline items that don't meet this.
Return fee
A flat $12 fee will be deducted from your store credit per order to cover the return label and restocking.
Final sale
Items bought at a reduced price or during a site-wide sale are final sale and cannot be returned. Email and text subscriber discount codes are not considered promotional — those purchases are returnable.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled within 3 business days of purchase for a full refund. After that, store credit or exchange only.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives wrong or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tamarindhouse1225.com. We'll make it right.

Personalized pieces are made to order and cannot be returned.
