SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States and internationally to select countries. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges that may apply upon delivery. These fees are set by your country and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 days of purchase during our launch period. During high-volume periods or around holidays, please allow a little extra time.
You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships.
Pre-order items
If an item is listed as a pre-order, the expected ship date will be noted on the product page. Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items if ordered together.
Shipping carriers & delivery times
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other available carriers depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier, destination, and service. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.
For U.S. orders, estimated delivery times are generally:
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight: next business day
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Orders over $275 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States — no code needed, it applies automatically.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors first. Then contact us at info@tamarindhouse1225.com within 3 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If you catch an error, contact us immediately at info@tamarindhouse1225.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Please select USPS at checkout if you’re shipping to a PO Box.
